New Haven Dad Encourages Daughter To Pursue Her 'Highest Goals'

NEW HAVEN, CT— Father's Day is the perfect time to give a big thanks to all the dads who put smiles on our faces. New Haven, meet Tyree Epps.

If you know a dad who sends sweet, silly or thoughtful texts your way, you’re pretty lucky. Texts from Dad have a way of putting a smile on our faces — and this Father’s Day, we’re celebrating the fathers behind the phones!

What makes your dad extra special?

My dad is the most loving and supportive parent anyone can ask for! He always listens and never judges us. We're always encouraged to pursue our highest goals because he has instilled a great level of confidence within us. Plus, even if we fail, he'll be there to reassure us that it's their loss and we're still the prize! I love my dad so much and I would do anything for him, just as he would do anything for me. He's truly my best friend and anyone would be so fortunate to have him in their life.

Why do you feel your dad deserves the spotlight?

My dad deserves all that is good in this world, including this spotlight! Everyone needs to see that this isn't your average dad. He goes above and beyond without hesitation. I want the entire world to know how much my dad means to my family!
