New Haven Man, 20, Victim In Non-Fatal Foxon Blvd. Shooting: Police

NEW HAVEN, CT — Just before 6 p.m. Monday, cops got a Shotspotter alert activation in the area of 391 Foxon Blvd., New Haven police spokesperson, officer Christian Bruckhart said.
When officers arrived, they found a gunshot victim and learned that a restaurant nearby and a passing vehicle were also struck by gunfire, Bruckhart said.
The victim, a 20-year-old New Haven resident, was taken to Yale-New Haven Hospital, where his injuries were deemed non-life threatening by hospital staff, police said.

Officers located ballistic evidence in the area and "people involved" were interviewed, Bruckhart said.
