New Haven Man, 26, Involved In 'Argument' Faces Drug Dealing, Myriad Gun Charges: NHPD
Police said Nadir Amin "grabbed the handle of a handgun in his waistband," a reported stolen loaded 9 mm, with 15-round magazine.

NEW HAVEN, CT — In the overnight hours Saturday, officers saw two men involved in an argument on the 200 block of Crown Street, police posted to "X."
Cops said one of the men, later identified as Nadir Amin, 26, of New Haven, "Grab the handle of a handgun in his waistband." Police said Amin tried to get away "but was quickly caught" by officers. Police said they found Amin in possession of a "loaded 9 mm pistol with a 15-round magazine, which had been reported stolen."
Police said Amin also had "several grams of heroin and crack, which were packaged for sale."

Amin was charged with criminal possession of a firearm, carrying a firearm without a permit, possession of a high-capacity magazine, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance, and interfering with police.
He's being held on $100,0000 bail, police said.
