NEW HAVEN, CT - A New Haven resident is $100,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Branford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On May 19, Manuel Felix, of New Haven, purchased a Chrome ticket from the Branford Gulf station and won $100,000.
