NEW HAVEN, CT - A New Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Branford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On January 19, Fred Ferrie, of New Haven, purchased a 10X Cash 15th Edition ticket from the Big Y World Class Market in Branford and won $10,000.
