NEW HAVEN, CT - A New Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Milford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On June 3, Henry Gustavo Samaniego Cabrera, of New Haven, purchased a 30x Cash 7th Edition ticket from the Alltown station in Milford and won $10,000.
