NEW HAVEN, CT - A New Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in East Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

On July 23, Anna Barrett, of New Haven, purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from Sunoco in East Haven and won $10,000.
