According to the Connecticut Lottery, the winning scratch ticket was sold in West Haven.
NEW HAVEN, CT - A New Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in West Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On August 16, Tammi Porter, of New Haven, purchased an iHeart Radio Concert Cash ticket from the Best Gas Food Mart in West Haven and won $10,000.
