NEW HAVEN, CT - A New Haven resident is $20,030 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On April 28, Leroy Moore Jr., of New Haven, purchased a KENO ticket from the Super Stop & Shop in New Haven and won $20,030.
