New Haven Resident Wins $25K Lottery Prize

NEW HAVEN, CT - A New Haven resident is $25,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Hamden earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On May 24, Patricia Spell, of New Haven, purchased a 7's On Fire scratch-off ticket from the US 1 Petrol station in Hamden and won $25,000.
