NEW HAVEN, CT - A New Haven resident is $25,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On April 4, George Frasier, of New Haven, purchased a CASHWORD 29 ticket from the George Street Deli in New Haven and won $25,000.
