NEW HAVEN, CT - A New Haven resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On May 3, Raul Morrobel, of New Haven, purchased a Lucky Stars ticket from the Express Food Mart in New Haven and won $30,000.
