According to the Connecticut Lottery, the winning scratch ticket was also sold in New Haven.
NEW HAVEN, CT - A New Haven resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On July 23, Evan Galvin, of New Haven, purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from Express Food Mart in New Haven and won $30,000.
