NEW HAVEN, CT - A New Haven resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in North Branford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On January 31, Anna Barrett, of New Haven, purchased a 30X Cash 9th Edition ticket from the Foxon Food Mart in North Branford and won $30,000.
