NEW HAVEN, CT - A New Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On May 18, Gordon Skinner, of New Haven, purchased a 10x Cash 14th Edition ticket from the O & R Deli & Grocery in New Haven and won $10,000.
