NEW HAVEN, CT - A New Haven resident is $10,832 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On April 12, the big winner from New Haven, purchased a Play4 Night ticket from the Whalley Ave. Citgo in New Haven and won $10,832.
