NEW HAVEN, CT - A New Haven resident is $12,500 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On May 25, the big winner from New Haven, purchased a Play4 Night ticket from the New Haven Union News Inc. and won $12,500.
