NEW HAVEN, CT - A New Haven resident is $22,708 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On April 6, Calva Perez Javier, of New Haven, purchased a Play4 Day ticket from the Best Gas in New Haven and won $22,708.
