New Milford Man Charged With Inciting To Riot: New Haven Police
The accused posted videos showing street racing which was occurring in the city, police said.

NEW HAVEN, CT — Police said a New Milford man has been charged on a warrant with inciting to riot.
In early December 2024, while investigating street takeovers and associated activity, officers assigned to the Real Time Crime Center were able to identify several social media accounts which were involved in organizing them, police said.
The accounts, including a YouTube account named "CTSTREETS203," also posted videos showing street racing which was occurring in the city, police said. The videos were posted over a period of several months.

Officers were able to identify Arturo Hernandez, 35, of New Milford, as the owner of the account, police said. An arrest warrant was issued for Hernandez in relation to the videos and his role in organizing them, police added. He was taken into custody Thursday on the charge of inciting to riot.
Police ask that anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who may have information valuable to investigators to call detectives at 203-946-6304 or through the department's anonymous tip-line at 866-888-TIPS (8477).
