NEW HAVEN, CT — On its Facebook page, it's a secret. But the cat's out of the bag, per local media.
Just for the record, the Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana special pie for autumn (being served into the winter) does not have pumpkin spice on it.
The Quattro Formaggio will be available beginning Monday Sept. 23 according to its Facebook page at all Frank Pepe locations.

But on Wooster Street, a special special edition of the surprise pie, according to the Hartford Courant, will be from an "original recipe by Francis Pepe, grandson of Frank Pepe ... with crushed Italian tomatoes, mozzarella, asiago and Pecorino Romano with the addition of basil, and goat cheese in place of the original Quattro Formaggio’s ricotta."
