George R. Foster, 70, of New Haven beloved husband of Barbara Turcotte Foster passed away on July 12, 2025 surrounded by his family at CT Hospice. Loving father of Daniel Imperati of West Haven and Sara Turcotte-Foster of New Haven. Brother of Gail (Joseph) Montagna and Mark (Lori) Foster all of New Haven and the late Gary and Ronald Foster. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. George was born in New Haven on December 11, 1954 son of the late Arthur and Elizabeth “Dolly” O’Toole Foster. At the time of his death, George was a sheet metal fabricator for Nero Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. In his free time, George was an avid fisherman and a beloved member of the Umberto Club.
