Pedestrian Struck By Car, Hospitalized With Serious Injuries: PD
Wednesday night, a person crossing Foxon Blvd was hit and suffered life-threatening injures, but didn't use marked crosswalk, NHPD noted.

NEW HAVEN, CT — Late Wednesday night, police responded to the scene of a pedestrian struck by a car on Foxon Boulevard, officials posted to "X."
When cops got there, the person that was hit was being treated by first responders, police said, adding the driver of the vehicle stayed on the scene.
"Based on their initial investigation, it appears that the pedestrian was crossing the road, but was not using the marked crosswalk at the time," police said.

Taken to Yale New Haven Hospital, the as yet unidentified victim suffered life-threatening injuries.
