NEW HAVEN - UPDATE: I-95 Northbound is congested beyond Exit 48 (I-91 NB) to I-91 Northbound before Exit 8 (RTE 80 (FOXON RD)) (2.3 miles) because of Crash (Police Activity) between Exits 6 and 8. The left lane is closed. Reported Friday, December 15 at 2:19 pm.
