The Greater Westville and Greater New Haven Groups, are local chapters of Indivisible, a grassroots movement of thousands of local Indivisible groups with a mission to elect pro-democracy leaders, rebuild our democracy, and defeat the Trump agenda.

"We are here to nonviolently celebrate and protect our democracy and to bring together the exquisitely diverse community of Greater New Haven," says Nan Becker, a founder of the Greater Westville Indivisible group. "We gather to give voice to all — not just the few — and to unite around the founding principle that we are all created equal. We don’t do kings in America!"

This October 18 national mass mobilization builds on the momentum of June 14, when over five million people across all 50 states participated in the largest single-day protest in the United States. This next wave of action aims to deepen community engagement and amplify the call for democratic accountability.
