Student Brought Knife To School In New Haven Thursday: Reports
School officials have vowed that discipline would be administered, according to reports.

NEW HAVEN, CT — A student brought a knife to Barnard Environmental Science & Technology School on Thursday, according to media reports, including WFSB 3 TV.
The student "threatened other students with the knife," before it was taken away, WFSB 3 TV reported.
The magnet school is for students from kindergarten through grade 8. NBC CT reports that the knife was quickly taken from the student and no injuries were reported.

Police did respond to the school and school officials vowed there would be discipline, but no specifics were released.
Fox 61 reported that a school spokesperson said no charges are expected, and the matter will be addressed "internally."
