Yale Men's Basketball Team Secures Spot In NCAA Tournament
Yale defeated Princeton by two points on Sunday to win the Ivy League Tournament Championship title.

NEW HAVEN, CT — The Yale University men's basketball team defeated Princeton University by a score of 66-64 Sunday afternoon and earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament, which begins next week.
Yale ends the regular season 19-11 and defeated the No. 1 seed Princeton to win the Ivy League Tournament Championship title game.
This is the fourth time in six years that Yale is headed to the big dance. Azar Swain scored 23 to lead Yale, according to the Bulldogs sports department.

Legendary ESPN broadcaster Dick Vitale posted on Twitter congratulations to Yale after the victory. He wrote that "Coach James Jones has really elevated hoops at Yale."
