Yale Student Confronts Attempted Burglary Suspect In Home: Police
The incident occurred just after midnight, according to police.

NEW HAVEN, CT — Police are investigating an attempted burglary on early Wednesday morning at a Yale undergraduate student's home on High Street, according to Yale Public Safety.
An unknown man gained entry to a Yale undergraduate student's home just after midnight.
"The victim came out of a bedroom and confronted the offender," according to Yale Public Safety."The offender fled and headed south on High Street towards Crown Street."

Police said nothing was taken from the home and no one was injured.
The suspect is described as a man with a black hoodie, gray sweatpants, black sneakers, gray mask, and was carrying a Target bag. New Haven police are investigating.
