Bear Caught on Camera In New Milford: Watch

NEW MILFORD, CT — Seemingly looking for a snack, a bear was caught on the New Milford Police Department's video surveillance cameras. The department posted a video to Facebook Monday, urging residents not to approach bears.

"While it may seem that Yogi was just searching for a picnic basket, please remember that they are wild and unpredictable," the department wrote."Do not approach a bear, just allow it to continue on its course. Remember that is best if you don't feed them and take precautions to secure your garbage properly."
