Police Arrest New Milford Man Clocked at 109 M.P.H.
The New Milford man gave the officer a fake name and date of birth.

DANBURY, CT — A State Trooper arrested a New Milford man after he was caught driving 109 miles per hour on I-84 eastbound in Danbury at 9:15 a.m., according to a report on The News Times. Paulo Pereira was not carrying identification and gave the officer a fake name and date of birth, which turned out to belong to his uncle, according to an arrest record from State Police.
Periera was taken into custody after a short investigation and held on $2,500 bond, according to the report.
He is charged with criminal impersonation, interfering with a police officer, reckless driving and operating under suspension.
