Our Sanctuary Soulful Saturday series continues with a beautiful Yoga Nidra experience sure to awaken creativity, rejuvenate the spirit and spark inspiration for all! As the Snow Moon rises in the quiet heart of winter, it invites us to soften, slow down, and listen for the subtle whispers of creativity waiting to emerge.
This nourishing morning gathering weaves gentle somatic movement, a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice, and reflective journaling or intuitive drawing to release stagnant energy, quiet the mind, and open space for inspired creation. Through rest and reflection, we’ll dissolve creative blocks, awaken imagination, and set intentions that support what’s ready to be born…whether clearly defined or still taking shape.
This experience is for artists, creatives, and those who simply feel a longing to rest, open, and be held by possibility. No prior experience is needed, only a willingness to pause and listen inward.
What to expect:
• Gentle movement to free the body and mind
• A guided Yoga Nidra rest practice (lying down or seated)
• Exploration of creative blocks and inspiration
• Journaling and intuitive drawing to capture insights
• Intention-setting for creative renewal
What to bring:
Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye covering if desired. Journals and tea will be provided.
Come as you are and leave rested, inspired, and reconnected to your creative inner landscape!
