Drug Dealer Tied to Newtown Woman's Death Pleads Guilty: Report
A Drug dealer who police said sold heroin to a Newtown woman who died has plead guilty to the charges.
NEWTOWN, CT — A Waterbury man who police said sold heroin to a Newtown woman, causing her death, has plead guilty, according to a report on The News Times. Police said that relatives of the 30-year-old woman gave police a wax folds of heroin in her possession prior to hear death that police said were tied to Ronald Weaver of Waterbury.
Weaver was arrested on Aug. 9, and will be sentenced on Dec. 28 when he faces a maximum of 20 years in prison, the report stated.
