Man Arrested On Drug Charges In Newtown: Police
Police say the man was arrested after a report of suspicious activity.
NEWTOWN, CT — An Oxford man was arrested on drug charges in Newtown on Oct. 12, according to police. Jahan Pinckney, 38, was taken into custody after a report of suspicious activity.
Pinckney left the area and was stopped by Newtown police. Following an investigation on scene, Pinckney was arrested for making a restricted turn, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was given a $100 bond and a court date of Oct. 20.
