Police Look To ID Dirt Bike Driver After Horseback Rider Seriously Injured In Newtown
The accident left a horseback rider with serious injuries. Police are seeking to identify a juvenile dirt bike operator.
NEWTOWN, CT — Police are seeking the public's assistance in identifying a juvenile dirt bike rider who they say may be involved in an accident that left a horseback rider with serious injuries.
The incident was from Sept. 1. Footage of the incident was recently turned over to police.
The juvenile was riding "what appears to be a dirt bike" at about noon in the area of Plats Hill Road, police said.
