Newtown Announces 2025 Summer Concert Series Lineups
Free summer concerts for all ages coming to Newtown's Dickinson Bandshell, with shows on Tuesdays and Thursdays from June 26 to Aug. 5.
NEWTOWN, CT — Newtown has announced two series of summer concerts to be held at the Dickinson Memorial Bandshell, 50 Elm Drive and Brushy Hill Road.
The lineup for the Thursday Concert Series, sponsored by Newtown Parks & Recreation and Claris Construction, is:
- June 26: Sounds of Sinatra
- July 3: Dirty Martinis
- July 10: The Barn Rats
- July 17: The Saints Band
- July 24: My Brother's Band
- July 31: One Track Mind
All shows are 6:30 to 8 p.m. Rain date will be August 7.
The TuesdayTunes Kids' Concert Series, sponsored by the Friends of the C.H. Booth Library, will be:
- July 8: Steve Elci and Friends
- July 15: Joy Blooms
- Huly 22: BenAnna Band
- July 29: Lynn Lewis and Friends
- August 5: Judy Pancoast
Kids' concerts are 11 a.m. to noon. Rain location will be Hawley School Gym.
