Newtown Police Seek Public’s Help Locating Two Missing 14-Year-Old Girls

UPDATE: Newtown police have located the missing girls. They were located in a motor vehicle during a traffic stop, and have been returned home safe.

NEWTOWN, CT — Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating two 14-year-old girls who were last seen Sunday afternoon near the Queen Street plaza.

According to Newtown police, the teens were spotted at about 2 p.m. entering a black Hyundai sedan. Both are considered missing juveniles, and investigators are working to determine their direction of travel.
