Newtown Woman Reported Missing, Last Seen in Maine: Report

CLINTON, ME — Police in Maine are searching for a Newtown woman who was last seen on June 26, reports WCSH6 in Maine. Kimberly Piccolo, 31, had been living with her aunt in Newtown for the last four months, but she was gone when her aunt returned from vacation.

Police in Clinton, ME, say they found Piccolo in her car sleeping and was waiting for friends to pick her up. She appeared to be in good condition, and the officer did not have probable cause to make her go for a medical evaluation.

Kimberly is a white female, five feet ten inches tall, 130 lbs, brown hair and brown eyes. Her family is from Milford.

Kimberly is driving a 2009, Mazda 3 four door, color grey bearing CT registration 926YOV. Kimberly’s family is concerned for her welfare and safety because she is not taking her anxiety medication, has been feeling depressed, and she has not contacted her family since June 25, police said in a news release.
