One Track Mind To Close Out Newtown Summer Concert Series With Genre-Spanning Set

NEWTOWN, CT —The 2024 Newtown Summer Concert Series wraps up Thursday, July 31, with a performance by One Track Mind, a seasoned cover band known for its wide-ranging set list of rock, pop, and crowd-pleasing classics. The free concert begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Dickinson Memorial Bandshell, located at 50 Elm Drive and Brushy Hill Road.

One Track Mind has been performing across New Haven County for more than 15 years, delivering energetic shows that blend familiar hits with lesser-known gems. Their repertoire includes songs by Supertramp, Steely Dan, Aerosmith, Alanis Morissette, The Pretenders, Pink Floyd, Coldplay, and Joe Cocker, appealing to audiences of all ages and musical tastes.

The concert marks the final scheduled performance in the 2025 Newtown Summer Concert Series, which is presented by Newtown Parks & Recreation and Claris Construction. A rain date is set for August 7 if needed.
