
Police responding the site of what was described as a "road rage incident" on Queen Street, arresting a man accused of allegedly spitting on a woman. The incident took place May 12 at about 1:20 p.m.
No details were provided on the nature of the road rage, but police say the man -- William Brusca, 46, of Newtown -- approached the woman on Queen Street, allegedly spitting on her and causing her to fear for her safety and her child's safety.
Brusca was arrested following the incident and charged with 2nd-degree Breach of Peace and Risk of Injury to a Minor. He was released on $500 cash bond.
