Police: Woman Arrested in Early-Morning DUI on Berkshire Road

Police arrested a Shelton woman for driving under the influence on Berkshire Road in the early hours of Sunday morning, according to reports.

Police say the driver -- Cassandra Papagiannakis, 36, of Shelton -- was seen crossing the center line twice while handling curves. She was arrested at about 1:21 a.m., according to reports. Aside from Driving Under the Influence, Papagiannakis was charged with Failure to Drive Right on a Curve and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

Papagiannakis was released on $100 cash bond.
