Prison Inmate Arrested for Sexual Assault

A Newtown man is facing new charges after he allegedly sexually assaulted an 11-year-old girl several times, reports the News-Times.

Peter Filosi, who is serving a sentence for possession of narcotics, was charged with first-degree unlawful restraint, two counts of first-degree sexual assault, and two counts of risk of injury to a minor.

Filosi has been arrested many times in New York, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
