Sandy Hook-Monroe Gas Pipeline Work Scheduled for Saturday

SANDY HOOK, CT — Technicians from Iroquois Pipeline Operating Company will be working on a natural gas pipeline on Whispering Pine Road in Monroe as well as several locations in Sandy Hook, according to The Connecticut Post.

The company stated that residents in this area may hear loud noises and the smell of natural gas during this time. The gas line maintenance is not expected to impact gas distribution services.
