Sandy Hook Woman Arrested on Larceny Charges: Police
Police say the woman turned herself in on a warrant last week.

NEWTOWN, CT — A Sandy Hook woman turned herself in on an outstanding arrest warrant on April 21 on larceny charges, according to Newtown Police.
Christina E. Egan, 46, was charged with larceny in the sixth degree and criminal attempt/larceny in the sixth degree. Police say they received a report of a shoplifting incident at the Walgreens pharmacy at 49 South Main Street and determined Egan left the store with items she did not pay for.
She was released on a $100 cash bond and given a court date of May 4.
