NEWTOWN, CT — A man accused of exposing himself to a woman at Blue Colony Diner in Newtown more than a decade ago was sentenced to over a year in prison Tuesday, reports the News Times. Jose Rodriguez had several convictions for indecent exposure, being convicted of exposing himself to women in at least four states.
A waitress at the diner told the court that she saw Rodriguez masturbating after slamming a cup of coffee on the table. Several of his convictions involved waitresses and bartenders.
