Sounds Of Sinatra To Open Newtown’s 2025 Summer Concert Series With Classic Crooner Hits

Sounds of Sinatra kicks off Newtown's 2025 summer concert series with timeless favorites by Ol' Blue Eyes.

NEWTOWN, CT — The 2025 Newtown Summer Concert Series will kick off June 26 with a performance by Sounds of Sinatra, a musical tribute to Frank Sinatra and the American Songbook.

The concert, sponsored by Newtown Parks & Recreation and Claris Construction, will take place from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Dickinson Memorial Bandshell, located at 50 Elm Drive and Brushy Hill Road. In case of rain, the performance will be rescheduled for August 7.

Sounds of Sinatra celebrates the music and legacy of Ol’ Blue Eyes with renditions of iconic songs such as “Fly Me to the Moon,” “My Way,” “New York, New York,” and “The Way You Look Tonight.”

The Newtown Summer Concert Series is free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating.
