Newtown Day at Yankee Stadium is coming up this Sunday, and the MTA wants residents to know the best way to get into the city. A special train is running at 10:37 AM from Bridgeport, making stops at Fairfield Metro, Fairfield, and then running express to Yankees-E. 153rd Street Station, arriving at 11:53 AM.
MTA officials say it's "critical" that attendees buy tickets before Sunday morning, and suggests a ten-trip ticket, which will reduce the number of people who need to line up for tickets and allows you to get a discount!
