The Connecticut Department of Transportation has announced the following upcoming work in the area of Interstate 84, Exit 11.
NEWTOWN, CT — The Connecticut Department of Transportation has announced the following upcoming work in the area of Interstate 84, Exit 11.
- Earthwork I-84 Exit 11 ramps - various locations
- Drainage work Route 34 west of Wasserman Way
- Continued construction of the permanent retaining walls along Route 34 Berkshire Road
- Bridge overpass work - Route 34
- Construction of Exit 11 westbound ramp
Traffic advisory: Thursday Mar. 30 there will be a traffic switch on Route 34 west bound at Toddy Hill Road. Traffic will be shifted to a temporary roadway.
