• Man Stalked, Threatened Victim Who Had No Connection To Him, East Lyme Police Say (patch.com) — A Niantic resident has been charged after East Lyme police say he repeatedly stalked and threatened a man he didn’t know, confronting him outside his home with a wooden baton. Officers say the suspect had allegedly watched the victim’s house for months before Tuesday’s reported disturbance on Fairhaven Road, and he’s now being held on a substantial bond.
