Poppy‘s restaurant has been serving North Branford for over 52 years. Within our 52 years of business, Poppys restaurant has never been closed  for more than a day or two. Not only did the shut down devastate and affect us. It also affected our customers.. over the years we have built a strong rapport with our customers in the community of North Branford with that being said we’re happy to report that we are now back in business and look forward to seeing you all each, and everyone of you were truly missed.

NORTH BRANFORD, CT — Noting they are "building off their popular location in New Haven's East Rock neighborhood," Town Manager Michael Downes announced that Poppy's Coffee &amp; Kitchen has opened a second location, this one in North Branford."The town of North Branford is excited to welcome Poppy's Coffee &amp; Kitchen," Downes said in a news release. "They offer fresh, healthy breakfast and lunch during the week and will be offering brunch specials on the weekends." Downes noted the eatery offers "an array of specialty espresso &amp; drip coffee drinks and are currently featuring a special fall drink menu." Poppy's Coffee &amp; Kitchen is located in the plaza at 5 Foxon Road, right before the East Haven border. "Stop by and welcome them to town and get your pumpkin spice latte fix," Downes suggested.
