North Branford Town Council Awards Soundview Family YMCA $5K Grant

The grant award was drawn from an American Rescue Plan Act​ funding pool set aside for nonprofits ​that serve the town.

NORTH BRANFORD, CT —The North Branford Town Council awarded Soundview Family YMCA $5,000, drawn from an American Rescue Plan Act funding pool set aside for nonprofits that serve the town.

Like other regional nonprofits, the Soundview YMCA suffered financial setbacks in fundraising and programming in association with the COVID-19 pandemic.

Located in Branford, Soundview Family YMCA opened its doors in 2010. They provide a wide array of programs including exercise, aquatics, summer camp, and family programming serving people of all ages and interests.
