Business Owner Leases 3-Building Site In North Haven

The tenant has begun a "major renovation" inside and out of the building with plans to operate several businesses there, realtors announced.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — The owner of Legends Auto Boutique has leased more than 21,000-square feet of space in North Haven, realtors announced this week.

Giovanni Petruzziello, the owner of Legends Auto Boutique, has leased 21,200-square feet at 150 Universal Drive in North Haven, the Geenty Group Realtors announced in a news release.

“Several of Mr. Petruzziello’s companies will occupy the subject building,” officials wrote in the news release. “One is an internet-based company that sells casual and sports clothing. All purchasers are entered into a lottery where the winner is given a high-powered, customized truck or car worth up to $100,000.

“The other is a vehicle sales facility where the cars and trucks are customized as above but done for the public or sold to the public.”

The tenant has begun a “major renovation both in and out of the building” to convert the premises to a showplace allowing for occasional small gatherings of the tenant’s clients, among other uses, according to the news release.

The property is a three-building site owned by AMMB Associates. Kristin Geenty, President of The Geenty Group, Realtors, represented the Landlord while Kevin Geenty, Vice President, represented the Tenant.
